2. The page of the site "work with us" collects personal data voluntarily communicated by professionals or potential collaborators, who may or may not attach their CV. In both cases, whether or not this is specified at the bottom of the CV, it is assumed that the user, with these applications, authorizes the company to keep an archive of the data in order to view its contents to verify the possible employment of candidates in the activity of the company. Nominations may be proposed to other companies subject to the consent of the candidates.

1. Art. 13, c. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the user's rights. The site www.arpacoop.it intends to inform the user about the existence of his rights, as required by the relevant articles of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

  • - based on art. 19, about the right to obtain the attestation that the updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, data blocking, transformation operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

2. Requests can be addressed to the data controller, without formalities or, alternatively, using the model provided by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, or by sending an email to: info@arpacoop.it

3. If the treatment is based on art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a) - express consent to use - or on art. 9, paragraph 2 lett. a) - express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

4. Likewise, in case of violation of the law, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the authority responsible for monitoring the processing in the Italian State.

V. Security of the data provided

1. Agrotecnica ARPA soc coop, through the website www.arpacoop.it, treats user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data .
